Privacy policy, in plain English

What I collect, what I do with it, and how to take it back. The short version: your details exist to answer your enquiry. Nothing else. Last updated 17 August 2026.

Who I am

I'm Law Viona, a real estate salesperson registered with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA Reg. No. R055553G), practising with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd (L3008022J). This site, vionapropnex.sg, is how I meet clients. This policy covers the whole site: the pages, the forms, and the WhatsApp links on it.

What I collect

From the forms: your name, mobile number, and message, plus your email if you choose to give it. The form also records which page you sent it from and which form you used, so I know what you were asking about. Nothing is collected from a form until you tick the consent box and press send.

From WhatsApp: your number and whatever you send me. WhatsApp threads stay in WhatsApp.

From analytics: the site uses Google Analytics. It records pages visited, rough location (city level), device type, how you arrived, and which buttons you click — for example tapping a WhatsApp button, requesting an e-brochure, or sending a form. It doesn't record your name, and I don't use it to identify individuals.

From advertising: the site uses the Meta Pixel, so I can tell whether my Facebook and Instagram ads are actually bringing people here. It loads on every page and records that a visit happened — the page address, the site you came from, your IP address and your browser. It is not given your name, number or email, and nothing you type into a form is sent to it. If you happen to be logged into Facebook or Instagram in the same browser, Meta can connect that visit to your account.

Both of those start the moment a page loads, before you've clicked anything, and there's no banner asking first. How to switch them off is further down this page.

What I use it for

One thing: responding to your enquiry. If your enquiry turns into work we do together, your details are used for that work. I may follow up on an enquiry once or twice if it goes quiet. That's the whole list.

What I never do

  • Sell, rent, or trade your details. To anyone, ever.
  • Add you to a newsletter or marketing list without separate, explicit consent.
  • Share your details with other agents, agencies, or developers.
  • Cold-message you about things you didn't ask about.

Where your details go

Form submissions travel to my enquiry system and alert me by email and WhatsApp. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta), under their own privacy policy. Page-visit data is processed by Google, for Analytics, and by Meta, for the advertising pixel — each under theirs. Beyond those, your details don't go anywhere, and what you type into a form is never part of what Google or Meta receive.

Consent, and how to withdraw it

Every form on this site has a consent checkbox that starts unticked. Nothing sends until you tick it yourself. That's the consent the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) asks for, and it's the only kind I rely on.

You can withdraw consent any time, for any reason, by WhatsApping or emailing me. I'll delete your details within 3 working days and confirm it's done. The same rule covers testimonials and case studies: if your words or your story is on this site and you want it down, it comes down within 3 working days, no questions asked.

Turning off analytics and the ad pixel

That consent box covers what you send me. It doesn't cover the two tracking scripts above, which run on page load whether or not you ever fill anything in. If you'd rather they didn't:

  • In your browser. Blocking third-party cookies and tracking stops both. Safari and Firefox already block a good deal of it as standard, and a private or incognito window clears everything when you close it.
  • Google Analytics. Google publishes an opt-out add-on for desktop browsers at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Meta. Your ad preferences and off-Facebook activity live in your Facebook or Instagram account settings, under Accounts Centre. You can disconnect past activity and stop future activity being linked to your account.
  • Or just ask me. I'll tell you everything I can see about your visit, which is less than you'd expect.

How long I keep things

Your details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove them. There's no fixed expiry date — if I still have your enquiry, it's because you haven't told me to let it go.

Asking is the whole process. WhatsApp or email me, and everything I hold is deleted within 3 working days and confirmed back to you, exactly as with withdrawing consent above. You never have to explain why.

Your rights under PDPA

You can ask to see what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Any of the three is a WhatsApp message away. There's no form to fill in and no fee.

Changes to this page

If this policy changes, the new version goes up here with a new date at the top. I won't email you about it, because I don't keep a list to email.

Questions

Anything about your data, ask me directly. I'd rather answer a question than have you wonder.

I usually reply within the hour, 9am–9pm.
