What is left is 4 4 bedroom premium (private lift) (D2), 1 4 bedroom premium (D1), 1 4 bedroom premium (private lift) (D2a), 1 4 bedroom premium (private lift) (D2b) — named units rather than a choice of layout.
What is left
Arina East Residences units still available
These are the unit types with stock left at Arina East Residences, as filed by the developer. The last column is the one to read first — it tells you how much choice you actually have, which the headline count does not.
Balance units and prices as at 6 September 2026. These are the developer's own figures for unsold stock, read from the PropNex register on that date. Availability moves daily — message me for a live count before you commit to anything.
| Unit type | Size, sq ft | From | Left |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 Bedroom Premium | 1324 | $4,293,000 | 1 of 1 |
| 4 Bedroom Premium (Private Lift) | 1389-1615 | $3,850,000 | 6 of 13 |
6 of the 7 remaining units are 4 bedroom premium (private lift), at 1389-1615 sq ft from $3,850,000. That is the stock this project is really selling right now, whatever the brochure leads with.
The 4 bedroom premium (1 left, 1,324 sq ft) is down to a single unit. Ask what is actually left before you plan a viewing; at this count the answer changes between the enquiry and the appointment.
Note that 1 type here still shows every unit unsold, which usually means a layout released late or one the market has not taken to. Either is worth asking about.
By layout
Arina East Residences price list by layout, as at 6 September 2026
Every layout the developer filed for Arina East Residences, with the units built, the units still unsold and the price band against each. This is the closest thing to a published Arina East Residences price list that exists, and it is the developer's own figure rather than a portal's estimate.
The range across layouts runs $1,291,000 to $4,583,000 — a factor of 3.5. At that spread the layout you choose decides the budget, and the floor you choose only adjusts it.
Where a band shows a single figure, one unit of that layout is left and that is its price. Where it is wide, the difference is floor level and facing rather than the layout.
| Layout | Unit type | Price | Left |
|---|---|---|---|
| D2 | 4 Bedroom Premium (Private Lift) | $3,850,000 – $4,583,000 | 4 of 11 |

| D2a | 4 Bedroom Premium (Private Lift) | $4,453,000 | 1 of 1 |

Layouts
Arina East Residences floor plans, and which of them you can still buy
These are the 8 layouts the developer filed for Arina East Residences, of which 4 still have unsold units. Each caption carries the developer's own layout code — that is the reference to quote when you ask me about a specific unit.
A plan tells you the shape; it does not tell you the outlook, the afternoon sun or what the unit above is doing. Ask me those before you fall for a layout.
The site
The Arina East Residences site plan
Arina East Residences puts 107 units on 47,012 sq ft of land — 22.8 units for every 10,000 sq ft of site. That is a fairly typical density for a project of this kind, so the thing to check on the plan is not how much space there is but where it has been put.
The blocks are addressed 6C & 6D TANJONG RHU ROAD, filed as residential highrise. Find the stack you are being shown on the plan before you visit, then ask what sits on the other side of the boundary — the drawing stops at the fence line, and what matters is often just past it.

What Arina East Residences costs, and how that compares

My read
The honest read on Arina East Residences
7 units remain at Arina East Residences, across 4 layouts: D2 (4 bedroom premium (private lift), 4 left, $3,850,000 to $4,583,000); D1 (4 bedroom premium, 1 left, $4,293,000); D2a (4 bedroom premium (private lift), 1 left, $4,453,000); D2b (4 bedroom premium (private lift), 1 left, $4,280,000).
At this count you are not choosing between layouts, you are choosing between named units. Ask which floor and which facing each one is before you decide the layout matters — at the tail end, the stack usually matters more.
93.5% sold, 7 of 107 left. That is a project in the last stretch of its sales run. Pricing is set, discounts are unlikely, and the choice you have is narrowing rather than widening. If a specific stack matters to you, this is the point where waiting costs you the unit rather than the price.
Against its own district it is unremarkable on price, which is not a criticism. Entry psf of $2,650 against a D15 median of $2,660 means the market has priced it in line with its neighbours, so your decision comes down to the specific unit rather than the project-level number.
Completion is 2028, so the wait is short by new-launch standards. You still buy off a plan rather than a finished unit, but the gap between paying and living in it is measured in a couple of years rather than five.
At 107 units this is a boutique block. Scarcity helps on exit and the maintenance is shared thinly, which usually means fewer facilities. Small projects also trade less often, so there is less price evidence to point at when you sell.
Tenure is the other thing worth weighing. This is freehold in a district where 2 of the 6 projects still selling are leasehold. Freehold holds value better over a long hold and costs more going in; whether that trade favours you depends entirely on how long you intend to keep it.
It suits you if
you want a reasonable choice of units without paying the premium the first buyers paid, and the D15 location works for how you actually live.
Skip it if
the D15 location does not work for you. No amount of pricing fixes a commute you will resent, and there are 5 other projects selling in this district alone.
Gallery
What Arina East Residences is meant to look like
All 5 of these are artist's impressions released by the developer, not photographs. They show the project as drawn rather than as built.
Completion is filed as Q4 2027, so nothing here has been built yet. The landscaping in particular is drawn at maturity, which is several years after handover. Block positions and distances between towers are fixed at this stage in a way that planting is not, so the site plan is the more reliable document.
The developer released some of these without a description, and I have left those uncaptioned rather than invent one.
Common questions
Arina East Residences questions, answered plainly
As at 6 September 2026 the unsold units run from $3,850,000 to $4,453,000, at $2,650 to $3,242 psf. That is the range of what is still available, not the range the project launched at — once the cheapest units go, the bottom of the range rises without the developer changing a price.
7 of 107, so the project is 93.5% sold. That figure is from the PropNex register on 6 September 2026 and it moves. Message me for a live count before you commit to anything.
No. 7 units are still unsold as at 6 September 2026.
It is freehold. Of the 6 new launches still selling in D15, 4 are freehold or 999-year.
Expected 2028. You buy off a plan and wait, with progressive payments through the build.
District 15, which covers Katong / Marine Parade, in the Rest of Central Region.
7 as at 6 September 2026: 4 × D2 (4 bedroom premium (private lift), $3,850,000 to $4,583,000), 1 × D1 (4 bedroom premium, $4,293,000), 1 × D2a (4 bedroom premium (private lift), $4,453,000), 1 × D2b (4 bedroom premium (private lift), $4,280,000). At that count availability moves without notice, so treat this as the position on 6 September 2026 and ask me for today's.
Its entry psf is in line with the rest of D15, so the project-level number will not decide it for you. With 7 of 107 unsold you still have a real choice of unit. The honest answer depends on which unit, and I would rather look at the actual stack with you than answer it in the abstract.
