What is left
Meyer Blue units still available
These are the unit types with stock left at Meyer Blue, as filed by the developer. The last column is the one to read first — it tells you how much choice you actually have, which the headline count does not.
Balance units and prices as at 6 September 2026. These are the developer's own figures for unsold stock, read from the PropNex register on that date. Availability moves daily — message me for a live count before you commit to anything.
| Unit type | Size, sq ft | From | Left |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3BR Premium | 1141 | $3,551,000 | 1 of 24 |
| 4BR Premium (w Private Lift) | 1518-1528 | $4,528,000 | 25 of 50 |

| 5BR Suite (w Private Lift) | 1905 | $5,780,000 | 11 of 25 |
25 of the 47 remaining units are 4br premium (w private lift), at 1518-1528 sq ft from $4,528,000. That is the stock this project is really selling right now, whatever the brochure leads with.
The 3br premium (1 left, 1,141 sq ft) is down to a single unit. Ask what is actually left before you plan a viewing; at this count the answer changes between the enquiry and the appointment.
By layout
Meyer Blue price list by layout, as at 6 September 2026
Every layout the developer filed for Meyer Blue, with the units built, the units still unsold and the price band against each. This is the closest thing to a published Meyer Blue price list that exists, and it is the developer's own figure rather than a portal's estimate.
The range across layouts runs $3,812,000 to $6,460,000 — a factor of 1.7. At that spread the layout you choose decides the budget, and the floor you choose only adjusts it.
Where a band shows a single figure, one unit of that layout is left and that is its price. Where it is wide, the difference is floor level and facing rather than the layout.
| Layout | Unit type | Price | Left |

| DP2 | 4BR Premium (w Private Lift) | $4,548,000 – $5,267,000 | 18 of 24 |

Layouts
Meyer Blue floor plans — every layout below still has stock
These are the 8 layouts the developer filed for Meyer Blue. Each caption carries the developer's own layout code — that is the reference to quote when you ask me about a specific unit.
A plan tells you the shape; it does not tell you the outlook, the afternoon sun or what the unit above is doing. Ask me those before you fall for a layout.
The site
Meyer Blue site plan: where the blocks sit and what faces what
Meyer Blue puts 226 units on 96,672 sq ft of land — 23.4 units for every 10,000 sq ft of site. That is a fairly typical density for a project of this kind, so the thing to check on the plan is not how much space there is but where it has been put.
The blocks are addressed 83 Meyer Road, filed as luxury high rise residential. Find the stack you are being shown on the plan before you visit, then ask what sits on the other side of the boundary — the drawing stops at the fence line, and what matters is often just past it.

My read
The honest read on Meyer Blue
The stock is not spread evenly. DP2 (4br premium (w private lift)) accounts for 18 of the 46 unsold units at $4,548,000 to $5,267,000, which makes it the layout Meyer Blue is really selling right now.
At the other end, 4 layouts are down to one or two units. Those go without warning, so if one of them is what you want, ask me before you plan a viewing rather than after.
Meyer Blue is 79.2% sold with 47 of 226 still available. That is the middle of a sales run, and it is usually the most comfortable place to buy: enough has sold that the market has passed judgement on the pricing, and enough is left that you still get a real choice of stack and floor.
It is also the most expensive entry in D15, at $2,983 psf against a median of $2,660. A premium is only worth paying for something you can point at. Here part of it is tenure — this is freehold in a district where most competition is leasehold.
Completion is 2028, so the wait is short by new-launch standards. You still buy off a plan rather than a finished unit, but the gap between paying and living in it is measured in a couple of years rather than five.
Tenure is the other thing worth weighing. This is freehold in a district where 2 of the 6 projects still selling are leasehold. Freehold holds value better over a long hold and costs more going in; whether that trade favours you depends entirely on how long you intend to keep it.
It suits you if
you want a reasonable choice of units without paying the premium the first buyers paid, and the D15 location works for how you actually live.
Skip it if
the D15 location does not work for you. No amount of pricing fixes a commute you will resent, and there are 5 other projects selling in this district alone.

What Meyer Blue is meant to look like
All 5 of these are artist's impressions released by the developer, not photographs. They show the project as drawn rather than as built.
Completion is filed as 31 Dec 2028, so nothing here has been built yet. The landscaping in particular is drawn at maturity, which is several years after handover. Block positions and distances between towers are fixed at this stage in a way that planting is not, so the site plan is the more reliable document.
The developer released some of these without a description, and I have left those uncaptioned rather than invent one.
Common questions
Meyer Blue questions, answered plainly
As at 6 September 2026 the unsold units run from $3,551,000 to $6,139,000, at $2,983 to $3,443 psf. That is the range of what is still available, not the range the project launched at — once the cheapest units go, the bottom of the range rises without the developer changing a price.
47 of 226, so the project is 79.2% sold. That figure is from the PropNex register on 6 September 2026 and it moves. Message me for a live count before you commit to anything.
No. 47 units are still unsold as at 6 September 2026.
It is freehold. Of the 6 new launches still selling in D15, 4 are freehold or 999-year.
Expected 2028. You buy off a plan and wait, with progressive payments through the build.
District 15, which covers Katong / Marine Parade, in the Rest of Central Region.
It is the most expensive entry in D15 at $2,983 psf, so you are paying for something specific — make sure you can name it. With 47 of 226 unsold you still have a real choice of unit. The honest answer depends on which unit, and I would rather look at the actual stack with you than answer it in the abstract.
