What is left
The Continuum units still available
These are the unit types with stock left at The Continuum, as filed by the developer. The last column is the one to read first — it tells you how much choice you actually have, which the headline count does not.
Balance units and prices as at 6 September 2026. These are the developer's own figures for unsold stock, read from the PropNex register on that date. Availability moves daily — message me for a live count before you commit to anything.
| Unit type | Size, sq ft | From | Left |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 BEDROOM PREMIER | 1690 | $4,945,000 | 2 of 32 |
| 5 BEDROOM | 1905 | $5,087,000 | 12 of 32 |
12 of the 14 remaining units are 5 bedroom, at 1,905 sq ft from $5,087,000. That is the stock this project is really selling right now, whatever the brochure leads with.
The 4 bedroom premier (2 left, 1,690 sq ft) are down to one or two units each. Ask what is actually left before you plan a viewing; at this count the answer changes between the enquiry and the appointment.
By layout
The Continuum price list by layout, as at 6 September 2026
Every layout the developer filed for The Continuum, with the units built, the units still unsold and the price band against each. This is the closest thing to a published The Continuum price list that exists, and it is the developer's own figure rather than a portal's estimate.
The range across layouts runs $1,378,000 to $5,890,000 — a factor of 4.3. At that spread the layout you choose decides the budget, and the floor you choose only adjusts it.
At this quantum the buyer pool is small and the units are not interchangeable, so a price band tells you less than usual. Two units of the same layout can be a long way apart on view and floor.
| Layout | Unit type | Price | Left |
|---|---|---|---|
| E | 5 BEDROOM | $5,087,000 – $5,890,000 | 12 of 30 |
| D4 | 4 BEDROOM PREMIUM | $4,459,000 – $5,116,000 | 2 of 30 |

Layouts
The Continuum floor plans, and which of them you can still buy
These are the 8 layouts the developer filed for The Continuum, of which 2 still have unsold units. Each caption carries the developer's own layout code — that is the reference to quote when you ask me about a specific unit.
A plan tells you the shape; it does not tell you the outlook, the afternoon sun or what the unit above is doing. Ask me those before you fall for a layout.
The site
The Continuum site plan: where the blocks sit and what faces what
The Continuum puts 816 units on 269,995 sq ft of land — 30.2 units for every 10,000 sq ft of site. That is dense, which usually means towers rather than spread, shorter distances between facing blocks, and facilities that get busy at the same hours.
The blocks are addressed Thiam Siew Avenue, filed as private condominium. Find the stack you are being shown on the plan before you visit, then ask what sits on the other side of the boundary — the drawing stops at the fence line, and what matters is often just past it.

Price
What The Continuum costs, and how that compares
The unsold units run from $4,945,000 to $5,501,000, at $2,670 to $2,936 psf. Read that as the range of what is left rather than what the project launched at.
Across the 6 new launch projects still selling in D15, the median entry psf is $2,660 and the range runs $2,221 to $2,983. The Continuum enters at $2,670.
For a wider view, the new launch price list carries the same figures for every project still selling in Singapore.
My read
The honest read on The Continuum
The stock is not spread evenly. E (5 bedroom) accounts for 12 of the 14 unsold units at $5,087,000 to $5,890,000, which makes it the layout The Continuum is really selling right now.
At the other end, layout D4 is down to one or two units. Those go without warning, so if one of them is what you want, ask me before you plan a viewing rather than after.
Start with the take-up. 98.3% of The Continuum has sold, and 14 units remain. Nobody is negotiating with you at this stage. The developer covered its costs long ago, and what is left is what every earlier buyer walked past. That is not automatically a bad unit, but you should want to know why it is still there before you sign.
Against its own district it is unremarkable on price, which is not a criticism. Entry psf of $2,670 against a D15 median of $2,660 means the market has priced it in line with its neighbours, so your decision comes down to the specific unit rather than the project-level number.
Completion is 2027, so the wait is short by new-launch standards. You still buy off a plan rather than a finished unit, but the gap between paying and living in it is measured in a couple of years rather than five.
At 816 units this is a big project, and scale cuts both ways. You get the full facilities deck and a maintenance base large enough to carry it. You also get several hundred neighbours holding layouts identical to yours, which is who you compete with when you come to sell or rent.
Tenure is the other thing worth weighing. This is freehold in a district where 2 of the 6 projects still selling are leasehold. Freehold holds value better over a long hold and costs more going in; whether that trade favours you depends entirely on how long you intend to keep it.
It suits you if
you have found a specific unit you like, you are comfortable that the choice is limited to 14, and you would rather move on a finished decision than wait for the next launch.
Skip it if
you want a choice. With 14 units left you are choosing from what is there, not from what you want.

What The Continuum is meant to look like
All 4 of these are artist's impressions released by the developer, not photographs. They show the project as drawn rather than as built.
Completion is filed as Q2 2027, so nothing here has been built yet. The landscaping in particular is drawn at maturity, which is several years after handover. Block positions and distances between towers are fixed at this stage in a way that planting is not, so the site plan is the more reliable document.
The developer released some of these without a description, and I have left those uncaptioned rather than invent one.
Common questions
The Continuum questions, answered plainly
As at 6 September 2026 the unsold units run from $4,945,000 to $5,501,000, at $2,670 to $2,936 psf. That is the range of what is still available, not the range the project launched at — once the cheapest units go, the bottom of the range rises without the developer changing a price.
14 of 816, so the project is 98.3% sold. That figure is from the PropNex register on 6 September 2026 and it moves. Message me for a live count before you commit to anything.
No. 14 units are still unsold as at 6 September 2026, though at 98.3% sold it is close.
It is freehold. Of the 6 new launches still selling in D15, 4 are freehold or 999-year.
Expected 2027. You buy off a plan and wait, with progressive payments through the build.
District 15, which covers Katong / Marine Parade, in the Rest of Central Region.
Its entry psf is in line with the rest of D15, so the project-level number will not decide it for you. With 14 left you get no negotiation and little choice. The honest answer depends on which unit, and I would rather look at the actual stack with you than answer it in the abstract.
