What is left

Canninghill Piers units still available

These are the unit types with stock left at Canninghill Piers, as filed by the developer. The last column is the one to read first — it tells you how much choice you actually have, which the headline count does not.

Balance units and prices as at 6 September 2026. These are the developer's own figures for unsold stock, read from the PropNex register on that date. Availability moves daily — message me for a live count before you commit to anything.

Ask what is actually left before you plan a viewing; at this count the answer changes between the enquiry and the appointment.

By layout

Canninghill Piers price list by layout, as at 6 September 2026

Every layout the developer filed for Canninghill Piers, with the units built, the units still unsold and the price band against each. This is the closest thing to a published Canninghill Piers price list that exists, and it is the developer's own figure rather than a portal's estimate.

The range across layouts runs $1,317,000 to $9,056,000 — a factor of 6.9. At that spread the layout you choose decides the budget, and the floor you choose only adjusts it.

Where a band shows a single figure, one unit of that layout is left and that is its price. Where it is wide, the difference is floor level and facing rather than the layout.

The site

Canninghill Piers site plan: where the blocks sit and what faces what

Canninghill Piers puts 696 units on 139,128 sq ft of land — 50.0 units for every 10,000 sq ft of site. That is dense, which usually means towers rather than spread, shorter distances between facing blocks, and facilities that get busy at the same hours.

The blocks are addressed Clarke Quay, filed as mixed developments. Find the stack you are being shown on the plan before you visit, then ask what sits on the other side of the boundary — the drawing stops at the fence line, and what matters is often just past it.

Price

What Canninghill Piers costs, and how that compares

The unsold units run from $1,317,000 to $8,963,000, at $3,102 to $3,327 psf. Read that as the range of what is left rather than what the project launched at.

It is the only new launch still selling in D6, so there is no local comparison to make. Across the Core Central Region the median entry psf is $2,878.

For a wider view, the new launch price list carries the same figures for every project still selling in Singapore.

My read

The honest read on Canninghill Piers

5 units remain at Canninghill Piers, across 4 layouts: EP1 (5-bedroom premium, 2 left, $9,056,000); A1 (1-bedroom, 1 left, $1,317,000); AS2a (1-bedroom + study, 1 left, $1,729,000); BS1 (2-bedroom + study, 1 left, $2,435,000).

At this count you are not choosing between layouts, you are choosing between named units. Ask which floor and which facing each one is before you decide the layout matters — at the tail end, the stack usually matters more.

Start with the take-up. 99.3% of Canninghill Piers has sold, and 5 units remain. Nobody is negotiating with you at this stage. The developer covered its costs long ago, and what is left is what every earlier buyer walked past. That is not automatically a bad unit, but you should want to know why it is still there before you sign.

Completion is 2027, so the wait is short by new-launch standards. You still buy off a plan rather than a finished unit, but the gap between paying and living in it is measured in a couple of years rather than five.

One detail in the numbers. The remaining units span only $3,102 to $3,327 psf, a band of about 7%. A range that tight usually means what is left is one or two layouts rather than a spread across the project, so expect the choice to be narrower than the unit count suggests.

It suits you if

you have found a specific unit you like, you are comfortable that the choice is limited to 5, and you would rather move on a finished decision than wait for the next launch.

Skip it if

you want a choice. With 5 units left you are choosing from what is there, not from what you want.

What Canninghill Piers is meant to look like

All 5 of these are artist's impressions released by the developer, not photographs. They show the project as drawn rather than as built.

Completion is filed as Q4 2026, so nothing here has been built yet. The landscaping in particular is drawn at maturity, which is several years after handover. Block positions and distances between towers are fixed at this stage in a way that planting is not, so the site plan is the more reliable document.

The developer released some of these without a description, and I have left those uncaptioned rather than invent one.

Common questions

Canninghill Piers questions, answered plainly

As at 6 September 2026 the unsold units run from $1,317,000 to $8,963,000, at $3,102 to $3,327 psf. That is the range of what is still available, not the range the project launched at — once the cheapest units go, the bottom of the range rises without the developer changing a price.

5 of 696, so the project is 99.3% sold. That figure is from the PropNex register on 6 September 2026 and it moves. Message me for a live count before you commit to anything.

No. 5 units are still unsold as at 6 September 2026, though at 99.3% sold it is close.

It is 99-year leasehold.

Expected 2027. You buy off a plan and wait, with progressive payments through the build.

District 6, which covers City Hall / Clarke Quay, in the Core Central Region.

5 as at 6 September 2026: 2 × EP1 (5-bedroom premium, $9,056,000), 1 × A1 (1-bedroom, $1,317,000), 1 × AS2a (1-bedroom + study, $1,729,000), 1 × BS1 (2-bedroom + study, $2,435,000). At that count availability moves without notice, so treat this as the position on 6 September 2026 and ask me for today's.

Its entry psf is in line with the rest of D6, so the project-level number will not decide it for you. With 5 left you get no negotiation and little choice. The honest answer depends on which unit, and I would rather look at the actual stack with you than answer it in the abstract.
