What is left
Faber Residence units still available
These are the unit types with stock left at Faber Residence, as filed by the developer. The last column is the one to read first — it tells you how much choice you actually have, which the headline count does not.
Balance units and prices as at 6 September 2026. These are the developer's own figures for unsold stock, read from the PropNex register on that date. Availability moves daily — message me for a live count before you commit to anything.

By layout
Faber Residence price list by layout, as at 6 September 2026
Every layout the developer filed for Faber Residence, with the units built, the units still unsold and the price band against each. This is the closest thing to a published Faber Residence price list that exists, and it is the developer's own figure rather than a portal's estimate.
The range across layouts runs $1,277,000 to $3,492,000 — a factor of 2.7. At that spread the layout you choose decides the budget, and the floor you choose only adjusts it.
Where a band shows a single figure, one unit of that layout is left and that is its price. Where it is wide, the difference is floor level and facing rather than the layout.
| Layout | Unit type | Price | Left |
|---|---|---|---|
| D5 | 4 Bedroom (Standard) | $2,655,000 – $2,928,000 | 4 of 8 |

Layouts
Faber Residence floor plans, and which of them you can still buy
These are the 8 layouts the developer filed for Faber Residence, of which 6 still have unsold units. Each caption carries the developer's own layout code — that is the reference to quote when you ask me about a specific unit.
A plan tells you the shape; it does not tell you the outlook, the afternoon sun or what the unit above is doing. Ask me those before you fall for a layout.
The site
Faber Residence site plan: where the blocks sit and what faces what
Faber Residence puts 399 units on 277,659 sq ft of land — 14.4 units for every 10,000 sq ft of site. That is low density for Singapore, and low density is the one amenity a developer cannot add later. It shows up as distance between blocks and as ground you can walk on.
The blocks are addressed 54, 56, 58, 60, 62, 64, 66, 68, 70 Faber Walk, filed as 5 storey high development. Find the stack you are being shown on the plan before you visit, then ask what sits on the other side of the boundary — the drawing stops at the fence line, and what matters is often just past it.

Price
What Faber Residence costs, and how that compares
The unsold units run from $2,799,000 to $3,476,000, at $2,249 to $2,408 psf. Read that as the range of what is left rather than what the project launched at.
Across the 6 new launch projects still selling in D5, the median entry psf is $2,263 and the range runs $2,072 to $2,531. Faber Residence enters at $2,249.
For a wider view, the new launch price list carries the same figures for every project still selling in Singapore.
My read
The honest read on Faber Residence
The stock is not spread evenly. D5 (4 bedroom (standard)) accounts for 4 of the 13 unsold units at $2,655,000 to $2,928,000, which makes it the layout Faber Residence is really selling right now.
At the other end, 4 layouts are down to one or two units. Those go without warning, so if one of them is what you want, ask me before you plan a viewing rather than after.
The lease started in 2025 and the project is due to complete in 1Q 2029. That is 4 years of a 99-year lease gone before anyone moves in, leaving roughly 95 years from handover. Worth checking against anything else you are comparing on the same tenure — the label is identical, the clock is not.
Start with the take-up. 96.7% of Faber Residence has sold, and 13 units remain. Nobody is negotiating with you at this stage. The developer covered its costs long ago, and what is left is what every earlier buyer walked past. That is not automatically a bad unit, but you should want to know why it is still there before you sign.
Against its own district it is unremarkable on price, which is not a criticism. Entry psf of $2,249 against a D5 median of $2,263 means the market has priced it in line with its neighbours, so your decision comes down to the specific unit rather than the project-level number.
Completion is 2029, which is a long wait. That suits an investor with somewhere to live and a buyer who wants today's price for a home they need later. It does not suit anyone who needs keys soon, and progressive payments mean you carry the loan through the build.
One detail in the numbers. The remaining units span only $2,249 to $2,408 psf, a band of about 7%. A range that tight usually means what is left is one or two layouts rather than a spread across the project, so expect the choice to be narrower than the unit count suggests.
It suits you if
you have found a specific unit you like, you are comfortable that the choice is limited to 13, and you would rather move on a finished decision than wait for the next launch.
Skip it if
you want a choice. With 13 units left you are choosing from what is there, not from what you want.

What Faber Residence is meant to look like
All 4 of these are artist's impressions released by the developer, not photographs. They show the project as drawn rather than as built.
Completion is still years out, which means everything here is a drawing of a decision, not a record of one. Specifications can change before handover. Read the renders for layout and orientation, and take the finishes as a statement of intent.
The developer released some of these without a description, and I have left those uncaptioned rather than invent one.
Common questions
Faber Residence questions, answered plainly
As at 6 September 2026 the unsold units run from $2,799,000 to $3,476,000, at $2,249 to $2,408 psf. That is the range of what is still available, not the range the project launched at — once the cheapest units go, the bottom of the range rises without the developer changing a price.
13 of 399, so the project is 96.7% sold. That figure is from the PropNex register on 6 September 2026 and it moves. Message me for a live count before you commit to anything.
No. 13 units are still unsold as at 6 September 2026, though at 96.7% sold it is close.
It is 99-year leasehold. Of the 6 new launches still selling in D5, 2 are freehold or 999-year.
Expected 2029. You buy off a plan and wait, with progressive payments through the build.
District 5, which covers Clementi / West Coast, in the Rest of Central Region.
Its entry psf is in line with the rest of D5, so the project-level number will not decide it for you. With 13 left you get no negotiation and little choice. The honest answer depends on which unit, and I would rather look at the actual stack with you than answer it in the abstract.
