The 2 bedroom (2 left, 732-786 sq ft) and 3 bedroom (1 left, 1,023 sq ft) and 4 bedroom (2 left, 1313-1755 sq ft) and 4 bedroom + 1 study (2 left, 1711-1808 sq ft) and 4 bedroom + 2 study (1 left, 2,174 sq ft) and 5 bedroom (1 left, 1,884 sq ft) and restaurant (2 left, 700-1012 sq ft) and supermarket (1 left, 1,195 sq ft) are down to one or two units each. Ask what is actually left before you plan a viewing; at this count the answer changes between the enquiry and the appointment.
Note that 4 types here still show every unit unsold, which usually means a layout released late or one the market has not taken to. Either is worth asking about.
By layout
Artisan 8 price list by layout, as at 6 September 2026
Every layout the developer filed for Artisan 8, with the units built, the units still unsold and the price band against each. This is the closest thing to a published Artisan 8 price list that exists, and it is the developer's own figure rather than a portal's estimate.
The range across layouts runs $1,275,000 to $4,067,000 — a factor of 3.2. At that spread the layout you choose decides the budget, and the floor you choose only adjusts it.
Where a band shows a single figure, one unit of that layout is left and that is its price. Where it is wide, the difference is floor level and facing rather than the layout.
| Layout | Unit type | Price | Left |
|---|---|---|---|
| A1 | 1 Bedroom | $1,292,000 – $1,313,000 | 2 of 2 |
| A3 | 1 Bedroom | $1,275,000 – $1,342,000 | 2 of 2 |
| B3 | 2 Bedroom | $1,855,000 – $1,887,000 | 1 of 2 |
| B5 | 2 Bedroom | $1,798,000 – $1,860,000 | 1 of 2 |
| C1 | 3 Bedroom | $2,348,000 – $2,490,000 | 1 of 2 |
| D1-PH | 4 Bedroom | $4,054,000 | 1 of 1 |
| D2-PH | 4 Bedroom | $3,156,000 | 1 of 1 |
| D5S-PH | 4 Bedroom + 1 Study | $4,067,000 | 1 of 1 |
Layouts
Artisan 8 floor plans — every layout below still has stock
These are the 8 layouts the developer filed for Artisan 8. Each caption carries the developer's own layout code — that is the reference to quote when you ask me about a specific unit.
Prices across these layouts spread widely, so the plan you pick moves the number more than the floor you pick does. Work out the layout first and the stack second.

Price
What Artisan 8 costs, and how that compares
The unsold units run from $1,275,000 to $5,019,000, at $2,249 to $4,109 psf. Read that as the range of what is left rather than what the project launched at.
It is the only new launch still selling in D20, so there is no local comparison to make. Across the Rest of Central Region the median entry psf is $2,536.
For a wider view, the new launch price list carries the same figures for every project still selling in Singapore.
My read
The honest read on Artisan 8
10 units remain at Artisan 8, across 8 layouts: A1 (1 bedroom, 2 left, $1,292,000 to $1,313,000); A3 (1 bedroom, 2 left, $1,275,000 to $1,342,000); B3 (2 bedroom, 1 left, $1,855,000 to $1,887,000); B5 (2 bedroom, 1 left, $1,798,000 to $1,860,000); C1 (3 bedroom, 1 left, $2,348,000 to $2,490,000); D1-PH (4 bedroom, 1 left, $4,054,000); D2-PH (4 bedroom, 1 left, $3,156,000); D5S-PH (4 bedroom + 1 study, 1 left, $4,067,000).
At this count you are not choosing between layouts, you are choosing between named units. Ask which floor and which facing each one is before you decide the layout matters — at the tail end, the stack usually matters more.
Artisan 8 is 52.9% sold with 16 of 34 still available. That is the middle of a sales run, and it is usually the most comfortable place to buy: enough has sold that the market has passed judgement on the pricing, and enough is left that you still get a real choice of stack and floor.
Completion is 2027, so the wait is short by new-launch standards. You still buy off a plan rather than a finished unit, but the gap between paying and living in it is measured in a couple of years rather than five.
At 34 units this is a boutique block. Scarcity helps on exit and the maintenance is shared thinly, which usually means fewer facilities. Small projects also trade less often, so there is less price evidence to point at when you sell.
The psf band is wide — $2,249 to $4,109, a spread of about 83%. That usually means the unsold stock still covers small and large units, or good and poor stacks. Averages are useless here; the specific unit is the whole decision.
It suits you if
you want a reasonable choice of units without paying the premium the first buyers paid, and the D20 location works for how you actually live.
Skip it if
the D20 location does not work for you. No amount of pricing fixes a commute you will resent, and there are 0 other projects selling in this district alone.
Gallery
What Artisan 8 is meant to look like
All 4 of these are artist's impressions released by the developer, not photographs. They show the project as drawn rather than as built.
Completion is filed as Q1 2027, so nothing here has been built yet. The landscaping in particular is drawn at maturity, which is several years after handover. Block positions and distances between towers are fixed at this stage in a way that planting is not, so the site plan is the more reliable document.
The developer released some of these without a description, and I have left those uncaptioned rather than invent one.

10 as at 6 September 2026: 2 × A1 (1 bedroom, $1,292,000 to $1,313,000), 2 × A3 (1 bedroom, $1,275,000 to $1,342,000), 1 × B3 (2 bedroom, $1,855,000 to $1,887,000), 1 × B5 (2 bedroom, $1,798,000 to $1,860,000), 1 × C1 (3 bedroom, $2,348,000 to $2,490,000), 1 × D1-PH (4 bedroom, $4,054,000), 1 × D2-PH (4 bedroom, $3,156,000), 1 × D5S-PH (4 bedroom + 1 study, $4,067,000). At that count availability moves without notice, so treat this as the position on 6 September 2026 and ask me for today's.
Its entry psf is in line with the rest of D20, so the project-level number will not decide it for you. With 16 of 34 unsold you still have a real choice of unit. The honest answer depends on which unit, and I would rather look at the actual stack with you than answer it in the abstract.
